Please be aware that food prepared here may contain the following ingredients:

Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Sesame, Fish and Shellfish

Refund Policy

At AfriCaribbean Royal Kitchen, our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers with their food and the service we provide. However, we understand that things do not always go as planned and there may be circumstances where you may be eligible for a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below.


Refund Eligibility Criteria
Order Accuracy and Food Quality: We strive to provide fresh, high-quality food and accurate orders. If your order is incorrect, please inform our staff immediately upon receiving your food. Complaints regarding food quality or order accuracy must be made within 30 minutes of receiving your food to allow us to promptly address the issue.
We will issue refunds for unsatisfactory food only after we have inspected the food and confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.

 

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Taste and Preference: Since everyone's tastes and preferences differ, we do not provide refunds based on taste or preference.
Mishandling: Please note that we are not responsible for food that is improperly handled or stored after it has left our food truck. Also, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for food that has been consumed. 
Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your order after it has been prepared, we are unable t0 provide a refund.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please note that our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from certain allergens.
Other Arbitrary Reasons: We do not provide refunds for any other arbitrary reasons not outlined in the refund eligibility section above.


Refund Process
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement order, a discount, or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Once we confirm that your order is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
This policy is subject to change without prior notice, and AfriCaribbean Royal Kitchen reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund cases.

Our meals contain bones. Please be careful when consuming our meals in order to avoid chewing on bones.
